Delivery, warranty and returns
Delivery
Components ship within 1 working day via tracked courier. Workstations are built to order and dispatched within 5 working days. Free delivery on orders over £500; otherwise a flat £12.50 applies. We deliver across the UK mainland. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands may take an extra day.
Warranty
Every product carries a minimum 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Workstations include 3 years of on-site next-business-day support within Greater Manchester, or collect-and-return elsewhere. Displays are warranted for zero bright-pixel defects during the first 6 months.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Custom-built workstations are excluded unless faulty. Contact us before returning anything so we can issue a returns number and arrange collection if needed.
Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Standard components leave our warehouse the next working day. Built-to-order workstations take 3 to 5 working days depending on component availability. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships.
What does the warranty cover?
All products are covered for a minimum of 2 years against manufacturing defects. Workstations get 3 years including on-site service in Greater Manchester. Accidental damage, liquid spills, and modifications you make yourself are not covered. We handle all warranty claims directly; you do not need to contact the component manufacturer.
Can I pay by purchase order?
Yes. We accept purchase orders from registered UK businesses and educational institutions. Payment terms are 30 days net from invoice date. Send your PO to [email protected] and we will confirm stock and delivery before processing.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Every price on this page includes UK VAT at 20 %. We issue a proper VAT invoice with every order. If you are VAT-registered and buying for export, contact us for a quote excluding VAT.
Can I try equipment before committing?
If you are in or near Manchester, you are welcome to visit our workshop and test any in-stock product. Ring ahead so we can have the item powered up and ready. We do not offer a loan or trial-at-home programme at this time.
What after-sales support do you provide?
Phone and email support during business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. Workstation customers get priority response. If a fault needs hands-on diagnosis, we collect the unit, repair or replace the defective part, and return it, normally within 3 working days.
